Can I end my contract earlier than the end date?

Ending your contract earlier than the agreed-upon end date is generally not possible, especially if you have signed a fixed-term tenancy agreement. The contract is legally binding for the full rental period stated in the agreement.

In some situations, an early termination request may be considered depending on the circumstances. However, please note that this is not a guarantee and depends entirely on the type of accommodation, the contract conditions, and the approval of the responsible party.

If you wish to request an early termination, we strongly advise you to contact the landlord or management party as soon as possible to discuss the available options. Additional charges or administrative costs may apply depending on the agreement.

Please also keep in mind that leaving the accommodation before the contract end date does not automatically release you from your contractual and financial responsibilities. We therefore always encourage tenants to carefully review their agreement and communicate openly with the responsible party to explore the best possible solution for all parties involved.
