While a pre-checkout is not mandatory, we highly recommend scheduling one to avoid any misunderstandings. This gives you the chance to ensure your accommodation is in the expected condition before the final check-out. Taking care of any necessary repairs or cleaning beforehand can help prevent potential fines or rent losses.
If you're unable to attend the pre-checkout at the scheduled time, please notify the management company at least 48 hours in advance by email or through your tenant portal. Failure to notify them or not attending without prior notice will result in a charge of €100 excluding VAT. per time.
