Housing allowance (huurtoeslag) is not possible for accommodations rented through us.
This is because housing allowance in the Netherlands does not apply to fully serviced fixed-stay accommodations. Our properties are offered as fully furnished and fully serviced, which fall outside the eligibility criteria set by the Dutch government.
